Morrisons has cut 60% off the price of its freshly baked chunky steak pies - seeing them selling for just 50p this week.
And we can thank British Pie Week for the incredible reduction. For context, the last time pies cost 50p on average was more than 20 yeas ago in 1998.

Morrisons steak pies are freshly baked in store each day on Morrisons Market Street and made with 100% British beef.
The better-than-half-price offer runs until Sunday this week and is available in the majority of Morrisons stores.
And the last time Morrisons did this , people were seriously impressed.
