Morrisons is selling a draught beer machine so you can pull your own pints at home

England and Scotland fans are expected to buy 3.4 million pints during the Euro 2020 England clash on Friday evening.

The British Beer and Pub Association (BBPA) estimates that 14.8 million pints will be sold across England and Scotland on match day, with over 3 million sales during the game itself.

But the trade association warned that due to Covid-19 restrictions, including social distancing, rule of six and no standing, beer sales will be reduced by almost 850,000 pints.

If you’re hoping to avoid the crowds, you might want to get in on the pub action from home - with Morrisons launching a home draught beer machine in stores from today.

The Ice Master draught beer pump will be available to buy at Morrisons from Friday for £150.

It's pretty ideal for anyone keen to avoid the crowds over the football season (Morrisons)

It is designed to fit any five litre keg and includes an integrated cooling system to keep drinks cool over the warm spell.

Morrisons isn't selling any kegs of beer at the moment but to put prices into perspective, Tesco has a five litre option for £15.

If you’re hoping to invest in a beer machine this summer, it’s worth weighing up your options - as you could save more by shopping around.

At Klarstien you can buy a mobile beer dispenser for £140 which makes it cheaper than Morrisons by £10, plus there's free delivery – although this takes five working days.

It works through the mains and comes equipped with an adapter for Heineken drums too, fitting the same five litre capacity as Morrisons'.

You can also buy a Fizzics beer dispenser from Menkind for £1 less than Morrisons as the draught machine is selling for £149, but it's only available to preorder at present.

You can, however, buy the exact same Ice Master make of pump from Robert Dyas for £149.99, that makes it only 1p cheaper than Morrisons but you can order it online to be delivered to your door.

You can get free standard delivery on the product if you use the code FREEDEL50 but if you want it in time for the weekend you'll have to order it before 3pm on Friday.

Elsewhere, Asda is selling two packs of beer for £20 including Stella and Peroni and Tesco is selling a 12 pack of Estrella Dam bottles for £12 if you have a Clubcard.
