As Britain turns into a nation of lockdown bakers, the one thing that's still out of stock is flour.
Used for everything from pizza to cakes to biscuits and - obviously - bread, the extra time people have at home has seen demand soar to levels supermarkets' suppliers can't keep up with.
In fact, it's the one item Tesco boss Dave Lewis highlighted as still a problem to restock when he was asked about it last week.
But while 1kg bags to sell to shoppers might be in short supply - what about all the flour that used to go to restaurants, cafés, sandwich shops and patisseries to make products they currently can't sell?
Well, Morrisions decided it would simply cut out the middle man - even when it was the supermarket itself - and start selling the flour from its bakeries direct to customers.

The supermarket started packing its own bakery flour into 1kg bags each day to sell in store - even offering a 16kg bulk bag for more avid bakers.
Andy Clarke, from Morrisons bakery, said: “Listening to customers, we know baking is important right now to keep the family busy and entertain kids during the lockdown.
"It felt like a no brainer to give customers the ingredients they need to bake at home during this very difficult time.”
In just 10 days, Morrisons has sold more than 370 tonnes worth of self-packaged flour and more than 19,000 bags of yeast.
A 1kg bag of flour costs 60p for white bread flour, wholemeal bread flour, plain flour or self raising flour.
Or you can save a few pence and pick up the 16kg bag for £9.
A 50g bag of bakery yeast is also available for 20p.
Flour bags are available from 450 Morrisons stores with in-store bakeries.
