Morrisons is celebrating all things Scottish ahead of the Bank Holiday and announced price cuts on over 100 products in stores across the country to highlight the best produce the nation has to offer.
Until Sunday September 5, Morrisons customers will be able to pick up Scottish-reared beef and fish, Scottish cheeses and traditional Scottish cakes with up to one third off from its Market Street counters.
The price cuts also include items found in the chilled aisles and frozen section with reductions on store cupboard staples and drinks too - customers can even save up to £13 on premium Scottish spirits.
Morrisons has even discounted 2litre bottles of Irn Bru from £1.75 to £1.25. Shoppers can also pick up an 8x500ml pack of Highland Spring Sparkling Water for £2, down from £2.50.
For a limited-time only, Morrisons will also be offering customers more than 25 additional Scottish products including potato scones, scotch crumpets, and Mrs Tilly’s Scottish fudge and tablet.
Morrisons foodmakers have also created a limited-edition Haggis Pizza, introducing a new way to enjoy the Scottish staple.
The 14-inch pizza has a stonebaked base and is topped with Hail’s Haggis, red onion, mixed peppers and mozzarella cheese. It is available from Morrisons in-store pizza counters for just £3.89, a fraction of the cost of similar sized limited-edition pizzas from other high-street chains.
