The sun is coming back and yet supermarket chain Morrisons is having a garden sale across its stores in Newcastle, the North East and nationwide.
Items include a butterfly house, reduced to £1.20 from £4, a bird house at £1.50 from £5, a Mr Fothergilll's Garden Time herb garden with planter for £1.80 from £6. Mr Fothergill's sunflower garden is also reduced from £6 to £1.80.
There are also essentials like giant reusable garden bags at £1.65 for three from £5.50, a kneeler pad at £1.80 from £6, wooden-handled secateurs at £1.80 from £6, plus other garden hand tools. Sacks to grow your own potatoes in are reduced to £1.65 for three, from £5.50.
These reductions are all available online at Morrisons .
However, there are also 70 per cent in-store-only reductions on selected garden and outdoor products. The company has stores in Byker, Cowgate, West Denton, all Newcastle ; Blaydon , Birtley, both Gateshead; Killingworth, Jarrow, Tynemouth , South Shields and Chester le Street, County Durham.
