Morrisons announces immediate store change and shoppers are thrilled

There have been many changes to supermarkets during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

Stores across the nation have had to adapt during lockdown to keep customers and and shoppers safe, implementing a number of social distancing measures.

Due to the changes, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose and more closed cafes and counters inside their supermarkets.

However, Morrisons has confirmed that its pizza counters are making a comeback, and people are thrilled about it, reports Liverpool Echo.

Taking to its Instagram feed, supermarket giant Morrisons confirmed the good news.

Whilst safety measures are still being followed and implemented across its stores, Morrisons shoppers will now be able to buy freshly made pizzas in stores.

Shoppers can choose already prepared pizzas or make their own.

The post reads: "Get a pizza the action at our pizza counters now open in store so you can enjoy freshly prepared food at home.

"You can create your own pizza and choose any combination of toppings you like.

"During this week too, find our £7 pizza meal deal in store and get two 10" pizzas, one 10" garlic bread and one bottle of coke."
