Police are appealing for witnesses after a bizarre incident in Leeds when a duck was killed by a shopping trolley.
Some time during the weekend of July 13/14 the trolley was thrown into a stream at Savins Mill Way in Kirkstall next to the Morrison's supermarket.
The trolley hit the duck and killed it.
Now West Yorkshire Police's Wildlife & Rural Crime unit are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who has any information, to get in touch.
