17:58
FULL TIME: Morocco 0-1 Iran
A 95th minute own goal from Morocco hands Iran a victory, which at times seemed impossible as they struggled with the Moroccan power and pace early on.

Incredible scenes.
17:56
94 mins: GOAL! Morocco 0-1 Iran
WOW! It's another late, late winner with a huge slice of fortune for Iran. It's an own goal from Bouhaddouz who heads in from a free kick

17:51
90 mins: SIX minutes of added time! Plenty of injuries and stoppages contributing to that. Is there time for another late goal?
17:47
86 mins: Alireza Jahanbakhsh cannot continue and leaves the field on a stretcher to be replaced by Ghoddos.
The stoppages in the second half have ruined the flow of play, with both sides grappling to get the upper hand as the clock ticks down
17:43
83 mins: Morocco replaces the influential Amine Harit with Manuel da Costa on in his place

17:41
82 mins: Morocco have the better of that particular play, first going close through a long range effort, before pressurising Iran from a corner.
17:39
79 mins: Ebrahimi comes off injured and is replaced by Montazeri for Iran
Which team will adapt to their substitutions the better?
17:37
76 mins: Nordin Amrabat is replaced by his brother Sofyan Amrabat
El Kaabi also replaced by Bouhaddouz a 6ft 2 inch striker
17:34
71 mins: Both sides know a draw here will be of little to no use with Spain and Portugal left to play, but that desperation is leading to a lack of quality.

Worrying signs here as it looks as though Nordin Amrabat has lost consciousness during a tackle but is pleading with the medical staff to return to the field. Looks as though he will be forced to be replaced.
17:27
68 mins: Captain Shojaei leaves the field, with Mehdi replacing him for Iran
17:26
65 mins: A couple of niggly fouls are starting to ruin the flow of this one.

Iran preparing to make their first change.
17:22
61 mins: If you're tuning in to our coverage from an office or on your way home, I'm delighted to say you are avoiding the vuvuzelas. Gary Lineker among those to be less than impressed on Twitter.
17:20
59 mins: Understandably the game is being played at a slightly slower pace than in the first half. Both sides are trying longer balls, but neither team are able to support their target men enough to prove a threat
17:14
54 mins: With almost 10 minutes of the second half gone, attention is beginning to turn to the benches of both countries. Who can capitalise on the openness in midfield to make the crucial difference?
17:09
49 mins: Harit completely miscues a volley that goes out close to the corner flag. Another chance goes begging for Morocco
17:07
47 mins: Alireza Jahanbakhsh picks up a yellow card for Iran, for accidentally stepping on a Moroccan foot
17:06
SECOND HALF: We are back underway and Morocco are straight onto the attack. Just the final ball missing
16:53
Fancy a half-time read? Jack Pitt-Brooke takes a closer look at Morocco's number 9.
16:50
HALF TIME: Morocco 0-0 Iran
One of the most exciting goalless halves you'll see this World Cup. Morocco will go into the tunnel disappointed to not be ahead after a dominant opening, but Iran finished the half the better of the two sides.
