With his round face, long hair, and stunning voice, a Moroccan young boy named Ali amazed the four judges in the French edition of "The Voice Kids" amid the audience's applause.

Ali has been qualified to the second round of the program after being selected by the jury to stay in the competition with three other kids.

Ali, 12, came with his family from Casablanca and performed the Jackson 5's "Who's Loving You". The boy said he was shy, but his love for music helped him overcome his fear and gain more self-esteem.

The Moroccan participant tends to perform songs with high notes that allow him to use the different ranges of his voice and move freely on the stage. The judges saw that Ali has a strong and warm voice at the same time, which made them turn their chairs to make him join their teams.

To win Ali in her team, Amel Bent, member of the jury challenged her fellow singer Jennifer and used her block botton against her. Amel said she was delighted to convince Ali of joining her team, saying he is smart, has a beautiful voice, and significant warmth.

"Thank you. I'm so excited to work with you," she said.

For her part, Jennifer expressed her regret and said: "You are all what I love because you have an exceptional and sensational voice.

Judge Soprano said Ali's performance was a bomb, while the fourth judge Patrick, said he is a glamorous boy and one could not hear such a voice everywhere.
