There have been more than 700 new positive covid test results in the Bristol area, according to the latest government figures.
Stats from the NHS reveal there has been 761 new positive test results in the city and surrounding areas in the latest 24 hours of recorded data.
276 were recorded in the City of Bristol, while 256 were recorded in South Gloucestershire.

139 were recorded in North Somerset, while 90 were recorded in Bath and North East Somerset.
The latest statistics also show there has been one new death within 28 days of a positive test result, recorded in the City of Bristol.
