More than 700 homes have been left without electricity following a power cut in Stockport .
The problem was reported to Electricity North West just after 8pm on Wednesday night.
A total of 718 properties are affected in the Brinnington, Disley and Poynton areas.
It's understood engineers are now on site investigating the issue.
Electricity North West posted on its website to say power is expected to be back on by 10pm.
