More than 400 more coronavirus cases across Nottinghamshire

A total of 409 positive cases of Covid-19 have been recorded across Nottinghamshire in the last 24-hours.

The latest data, published by the Government on Thursday, December 24, shows that a further 99 cases have been recorded in the city of Nottingham.

Outside of the city, across the county, a further 310 people tested positive for the virus.

It means there have now been 18,989 positive infections in the city boundary and a further 28,441 across the wider county.

The largest daily increase over the last 24 hours was in Nottingham.

It comes after health bosses issued a plea to the public to avoid confusion over the coronavirus vaccination booking process.
