More than 200 new homes to be built in Cambuslang

A popular housing developer has announced its next building phase of 213 new homes in South Lanarkshire.

As the master plan vision at Newton Farm progresses, and with new homes in constant demand, it comes as no surprise that Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has launched the next phase of two, three and four bedroom homes for sale at its Newton Farm development in Cambuslang.

Taylor Wimpey’s latest phase of 213 new homes signals the start of the next chapter for this multi million-pound development in Newton Village, a South Lanarkshire Community Growth Area, which includes two new primary schools, local community and sporting facilities, playparks and cycleways.

Audrey Ross, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland said: “We have received an overwhelming response from homebuyers since the launch of our very first phase of homes at Newton Farm 13 years ago. This is one of our largest developments in Scotland that will provide up to 2100 homes when it is completed."
