Drivers across the Mansfield and Ashfield are set to face disruption after it was announced that more than 20 roads are to close for vital resurfacing works.
Nottinghamshire County Council has confirmed that 25 roads - 20 in Ashfield district and five in Mansfield - will be closing between now and August as part of the planned operations by Via East Midlands.
The county council says it will help "improve the quality" of the roads by renewing the surfaces.
The roads affected are in four different towns - Mansfield , Sutton in Ashfield , Kirkby in Ashfield , and Hucknall - and will be closed from 8am until 5pm on the scheduled days.
However, Via East Midlands said the closure dates are " weather dependent" and may change if adverse conditions disrupt its ability to carry out the works.
The following roads will be closed for their whole lengths on the dates as listed.
