More than 20 new care home jobs with a £300 welcome bonus as demand for social care grows in Sutton

A local care home provider is creating 21 job roles to meet a growing demand for social care in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Exemplar Health Care have created the new roles across three homes, Meadowcroft, Pathways and Eastlands, which support a range of adults living with complex mental health needs.

New health care assistants will support people with all aspects of their day-to-day living including personal care, social activities and companionship.

Michelle Rope, home manager at Meadowcroft, shares: “On behalf of all three homes in the region, I am so excited to share the brilliant opportunities on offer here at Exemplar Health Care.

"We already have a fantastic, close-knit care team and we are looking to bring people on board who share the same values and commitment to provide the very best care for our residents.

“All new hires will be given full training as part of induction, as well as an on-site buddy in the home. And there is huge potential to progress in the company if you wish."

The company has more than 35 specialist nursing homes across Yorkshire, the Midlands, North East and North West .

New recruits can expect to be paid £9.27 dependant on qualifications, as well as a £300 welcome bonus.

While qualifications are not essential, an NVQ/BTEC diploma in health & social care is desirable.
