More than 161,000 people across Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire have been given their Covid-19 Booster vaccination.
It comes as the First Minister used her Christmas message to urge Scots to take up the offer of a third jag before the bells.
Nicola Sturgeon also said she is "so sorry" that Omicron has meant we will not be able to enjoy a "fairly normal Christmas".
Vaccination centres will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, but reopen on Monday December, 27.
Taking to Twitter, NHS Forth Valley said: "We have so far delivered over 161,000 Covid-19 Booster vaccinations.
"Thank you to all our amazing staff involved in delivering the Covid-19 vaccination programme across Forth Valley and to everyone who has came forward for their booster so far."
