More exciting details revealed about £3.5 billion 'UK Disneyland' theme park

More details have been revealed about a multi-billion pound theme park which is set to be the UK’s answer to Disneyland.

Them major theme park has signed a deal with ITV Studios, meaning that characters and shows from the channel can now feature in the park.

It is not yet known which shows will be featured, however, the new partnership could see the likes of I’m a Celebrity, The Voice, Saturday Night Takeaway and more involved.

Steve Green, from ITV Studios Global Entertainment: "We are thrilled to be on board with this world class project, which will offer fans a whole new way to experience our brand.

"ITV Studios creates more than TV, building global franchises loved by generations of families, and we look forward to seeing one of our biggest global brands brought to life on such a grand scale right here in the UK."

The park is set to be completed in 2024 in the Swanscombe Peninsula near Dartford, Kent.

It will consist of two parks, hotels, cinemas, nightclubs, restaurants and more and it will be spread over 535 acres.
