'More effective than Lacazette!' - Arsenal fans delighted as Bukayo Saka stars for England again

Arsenal starlet Bukayo Saka produced another impressive performance for England in Wednesday's comfortable victory against Iceland.

The Three Lions ran out 4-0 winners in their final UEFA Nations League group stage match, with their hopes of qualifying for next year's finals already over after Sunday's defeat in Belgium.

Declan Rice and Mason Mount had England two goals to the good within 25 minutes, before Phil Foden's late brace added gloss to the scoreline.

Saka played the entire 90 minutes and earned high praise from Gareth Southgate following the final whistle.

“To see Bukayo again was a real plus," the England manager said.

"I think he has really had three excellent performances this week, for someone so young especially.

"It gives us good balance to have an attack-minded player in that position, it is really helpful.”

Arsenal fans on Twitter were thrilled with Saka's performance in his fourth international match since making his debut in August against Wales.

@TheImmortalKop : Saka showing again why he’s the best youngster in the league.

@EditsDk15 : Saka dropping a 10/10 today? In other news, water is wet.

@bhavss14 : It's scary how consistently good Bukayo Saka is at the age of 19. The definition of a star boy.

@afcevan : Starting spots pretty much secured for Saka with England and Arsenal already at the age of 19. It's incredible and testament to how ridiculously talented he is but I'd like to see him get a break soon. Takes a fair few knocks every game, can't have him getting injured.

@WelBeast : Bukayo Saka would probably be more effective as a #9 than Lacazette.

@TikiTakaConnor : Saka involved for the England second. Surely starts over Chillwell from now on.

@Kimaru_kim : Saka is the FUTURE of football!

@dylanwalsh_ : And to think, everyone laughed off the prospect of Saka being a starter for England. He has been the biggest winner this international break and has made a very strong case to make the next England XI in 2021. Arsenal’s star boy is something else

@allibaloo : Saka’s confidence now, compared to his debut match. Awesome.

@kebabsinacStan : Saka is absolutely fantastic I can't believe he plays for my club man.

@YoPierreEA : Saka is genuinely the best English youngster in the Premier League no doubt.
