A moped rider "wasn't letting the grass grow under his feet", police said, as they arrested him with a big haul of cannabis beneath his backside.
The suspect was stopped as he travelled on Derby Road in Birkenhead, yesterday, and was searched by officers.
Underneath his seat, in a black bin bag, within a separate white carrier bag, he had a significant quantity of the Class B drug, which was seized.
The man was arrested for possession of a drug with intent to supply.
On Monday, police came across another rider, and passenger, who were making their way through Anfield before they were pulled over.
The motorbike was uninsured and unroadworthy, police said.
That's because the bike had no front brake at all, meaning it was dangerous to ride.
The riders said it had just been bought for £150, but the bike was seized.
A Merseyside Police spokesman said: "The rider and his pillion couldn’t believe their luck when he stumbled into our entire team."
Also on Monday, police stopped a quad bike which was seen riding through Huyton and Prescot.
Two males were on board, and the rider was reported for having no insurance.
Earlier today, a driver was reported for careless driving after he was seen weaving in and out of traffic on Parr Street, St Helens.
The issue of scrambler bikes has been a perennial headache for communities on Merseyside, and police, for some years now.
The scourge has been highlighted in recent weeks, particularly during lockdown, with riders ignoring stay-at-home rules to cause chaos on streets, parkland and fields.
The ECHO has highlighted a series of incidents in the last couple of months, involving either illegal bikes, anti-social riding, police chases involving bikes, and riders intoxicated by drugs, often cannabis or cocaine, while in the saddle.
