Montrezl Harrell is unconcerned about fitting in with LeBron and AD

The Los Angeles Lakers have upgraded their center spot this offseason. One of the biggest reasons why they upgraded was the addition of Montrezl Harrell in free agency, the NBA’s reigning Sixth Man of the Year. Harrell could easily be an upgrade at the back-up center position after the departure of Dwight Howard, or the Lakers could give him the start. But whatever the role for Harrell is, as the first big man off the bench or as the starter, he is not concerned about fitting in alongside the Lakers star players, LeBron James, and Anthony Davis.

Harrell said he doesn’t think it will take much “getting used to” playing with two players of their caliber.

Harrell has been a consistent contributor at the NBA level for a while and this past year was his best season yet. While it didn’t translate to success for the Clippers in the bubble, getting back to something resembling a normal season is probably the best thing for Harrell and the Lakers’ hopes of repeating.
