They drew 1-1 in Bulgaria on Friday, Stefan Mugosa opening the scoring before a late penalty denied Montenegro victory.
History
England have not played Montenegro since qualification for the 2014 World Cup but have only beaten them once in four attempts.
That was a 4-1 win at Wembley - with Wayne Rooney, Andros Townsend, a Branko Boskovic own goal and Daniel Sturridge's late penalty helping the Three Lions to a Wembley victory in 2013.

Ljubisa Tumbakovic (below) has been in charge since 2016 and has won six league titles with hometown club Partisan Belgrade, where he began his playing career.
