A monster mum whose baby daughter was decapitated with a kitchen knife has been jailed for 25 years for her gruesome murder.
Natalya Kolb, 26, had made a desperate appeal against her sentence but this was kicked out by a court.
She and family friend Viktar Syarhel, 48, have both been found guilty of murdering eight-month-old Hanna.
Her head was severed in the family home after both killers had been drinking together, a court heard.
Kolb's distressed husband and baby's father, Leonid, returned to the flat in Belarus to find the tot "lying in the pool of blood" in October last year.
She had 46 separate injuries.
Syarhel also appealed against his punishment - the death sentence- but he saw this rejected tpp.
He'll now be blindfolded and forced to kneel before he gets shot in the back of the head, a punishment used in Stalin times in the Soviet Union.
By law, only men can face capital punishment in Belarus, the only state in Europe which still imposes the death penalty for serious crimes.
More than 400 men have been executed in Belarus since the country became independent with the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991.
And president Alexander Lukashenko, 65, has only spared one man during his more than quarter of a century in power.
While the EU and various international organisations have urged Belarus to stop using the death penalty, Mr Lukashenko said last year he would continue to approve death penalty cases because people had voted for capital punishment in a referendum.
