Moneypenny: technology is key to our expanding business

Moneypenny, a telephone answering service, has expanded from a simple idea to an operation that looks after 45,000 calls a day for 8,000 businesses. Technology is at the core of Moneypenny, and its staff use an app to announce whether clients are in meetings or on holiday. Moneypenny recently developed Penelope, an in-your-pocket-phone system for small businesses. New technological developments also allow the company to operate out of a sister office in New Zealand, enabling employees to answer calls 24/7 around the world.
