A money blogger has explained how to make an extra £100 a month - without even leaving your home.
It involves taking part in market research focus groups and surveys, which involve companies asking you for your opinion about products and services.
You can usually do these over the phone, on your smartphone or through a video call.
Market research can be a great way to make extra cash, but the amount you’ll make in reality does depend on how much time you spend answering questions.
Smaller surveys are also likely to pay much less than larger focus groups that require more of your time.

You should also keep in mind that surveys and focus groups aren’t always available, and some companies will restrict how many you can do.
This means you could go weeks or even months before any paid opportunities come in, although you can sign up to multiple companies to keep a steady flow of extra cash.
Speaking on his TikTok page, money blogger Jordan Green, 27, who posts his financial tips under the name @Jaystips, says some companies can pay between £30 and £50 an hour for your time.
However, there are some that will pay up to £200 for a two hour focus group - check our lists below.
He said: “You’re going to sign up for market research websites, and you’re gonna do in-person interviews and Zoom calls.
“They’re going to ask you for feedback on products or services. They typically pay £30 to £50 per hour and there’s no age limit on who can do it.”
Jordan recommends using a company called People for Research for paid market research opportunities, but this isn’t the only firm that will pay you for your opinions.
We round up some of the most well-known agencies below:

These will typically pay a lot less but they'll use up less of your time.
For example, sometimes you'll be paid just a few pence for one answer surveys, going up to a few pounds for longer questionnaires.
Most of the time, you'll often need to build up points that you can then convert into money via PayPal or even vouchers.
