Monday's weather: Still warm but don't expect to see much of the sun

The sun-kissed scenes in the capital seem like a million years ago.

On Thursday we witnessed Edinburgh's hottest day on record, but a weekend of downpours left us in no doubt that dreich weather will never truly leave Scotland.

It's not looking much better on Monday, as most people will have a dull and cloudy day.

There may be a few showers but the rain has largely shifted elsewhere in the country.

However it will stay warm, with temperatures feeling around 18C in the afternoon.
