The pair’s subsequent seven-mile wilderness trek – involving the nail-biting descent of a towering, frozen waterfall and the rather staged use of tennis rackets as makeshift snowshoes – shows the veteran ballbuster to be a game adventurer who barely blinks when presented with the option of gulping frozen fish eyeballs.
