Monaco royalty linked
Former AS Monaco official Louis Ducruet is reportedly set to link up with Nottingham Forest.
The 27-year-old, who is the son of Princess Stephanie of Monaco, is said to be in line for a key role at the City Ground and fellow Evangelos Marinakis -owned club Olympiacos.
Ducruet left Monaco last week after five years with the Ligue 1 team, where he had worked in the sales department, the recruitment unit and as assistant to vice-president Oleg Petrov.
He posted on Instagram that he was headed for “a new adventure, a new challenge, which will allow me to acquire more experience”.
And reports have suggested that could be as part of the behind the scenes structure at the Reds and Olympiacos.

Uncertain future for loanee
Winger Adama Diakhaby faces an uncertain future after the end of his loan spell at Nottingham Forest.
It was an unsuccessful stint at the City Ground for the Huddersfield Town man, with head coach Sabri Lamouchi admitting he was struggling with a lack of confidence.
The Reds are understood to have an option to make his move a permanent one, but it is one they are unlikely to take up, given he made just two starts in the Championship since joining in January.
And there is also a question mark over whether he will stay with the Terriers.
Diakhaby was among the players taken out of selection contention and made available for transfer before the last window, with Terence Kongolo and Isaac Mbenza also in that group.

Toney could makes clubs wait
Reported Nottingham Forest target Ivan Toney could hold out making a decision on his future until September, it is claimed.
The Peterborough United hot-shot is a wanted man this summer, with numerous clubs said to be keen on snapping him up.
The Reds are among those to have been linked with a move, along with West Bromwich Albion, Scottish giants Rangers and Celtic, and Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig.
Reports suggested Brentford have had a bid accepted for the forward, who is valued at around £10m to £11m by Posh.
But now the Scottish Sun say Celtic “are locked in talks” and have not given up hope of getting a deal done.

End-of-season ratings
The dust is slowly beginning to settle on a season which promised so much but ended in bitter disappointment for Nottingham Forest.
The Reds finished the campaign in seventh, missing out on the play-offs on the final day as they collapsed at home to Stoke City.
But, that last match implosion aside, we have still seen some decent performances from those in the Garibaldi.
Forest correspondent Sarah Clapson has given her ratings for every player to feature this season.
