Moment yobs chant 'we'll do what we want' as they jump on car on quiet estate

A gang of youths were caught on camera brazenly climbing onto a car and chanting "we'll do what we want" in a quiet estate.

Someone in a nearby household shot the video showing four figures gathered together at the end of the street, next to a park.

One of them holds a small object with a bright light.

The object is passed to another figure before three of them walk towards a red-coloured Ford KA, which is parked on the pavement outside a house.

They wait for 20 seconds before one of them climbs onto its bonnet and roof and create mayhem.

A local ward councillor said they did not frequently hear of problems in the area (Birmingham Live)

A woman, who filmed the incident in in the Milking Bank area of Dudley on November 4, is heard on camera saying: "God he's on again, he's on the car again."

At that point, another two figures are pulled onto the car and they stand on its bonnet, Birmingham Live reports.

All three then look down the road, towards where the fourth person was located.

With one stretching out their arms, they chant: "We'll do what we want, we'll do what we want. We are [inaudible], we'll do what we want."

The incident happened in Osberton Drive, in the Milking Bank area of Dudley (Birmingham Live)

After a few seconds, they leap from the car and continue chanting, jogging towards the park, as a front light turns on at a nearby house.

A ward councillor told BlackCountryLive that they did not frequently hear of problems in the area, which they described as being "generally really quiet".

"It is a really quiet estate, generally speaking," they said.

"It is not a hotspot for anything. I did see the report on Facebook but I haven't heard of any other problems."
