This is the moment an unmarked police vehicle flips onto its side during a car chase in central London.
Footage shows the SUV ending up on its side after apparently clipping another vehicle during the police pursuit.
A City of London police spokesperson said the police vehicle overturned on Stamford Street in Waterloo during the authorised pursuit on Wednesday (June 3).
A spokesperson for the force said: "Two police officers exited the police car and were taken to hospital as a precaution, thankfully they have avoided serious injury. A tuktuk driver also sustained minor injuries and was also taken to hospital."
Police said specialist trained tactical police drivers affected a stop of a suspect and arrested a man.
Roland Asante, 34, of Stamford Street, Southwark has been charged with dangerous driving, possession with intent to supply, no insurance, and criminal damage of two police cars.
Asante was due to appear at Westminster Magistrates today (June 5).
