This is the moment heavily pregnant Meghan Markle laughs as a woman affectionately calls her a "fat lady".
The Duchess of Sussex was on a visit to animal welfare charity Mayhew, in Kensal Green, when she was introduced to Gothrine McEachrom, known as Peggy.
On her introduction to Meghan, Peggy told her: "May God always bless you."
After Meghan thanked Peggy, she continued: "You're welcome, all the time, and you're a fat lady."
Charity workers burst into laughter, while Meghan, who is six months pregnant, chortled: "I'll take it."
The duchess was touring the north-west London charity's headquarters after she became a patron last month.
She was chatting to a group of pensioners from a nearby dementia care home who receive petting dog visits organised by Mayhew.
