Molly McCann will return to action against Ashlee Evans-Smith at UFC London.
The flyweight's last two fights - victories over Diana Belbiţa and Ariane Lipski - have been on the road.
But McCann will have home advantage against Evans-Smith who has lost three of her last four bouts.
The clash is the first to be announced for London's annual UFC card which will be held at The O2 on March 21.
Leon Edwards and Darren Till are believed to be the frontrunners to headline the show.
Former Cage Warriors champion McCann made her UFC debut last year when she missed weight and was choked out by Gillian Robertson.
Since then she has racked up three straight victories and vowed to make it four against the Californian.
"I feel like she's been in the spotlight in MMA since I started and I've probably watched every fight of hers as a fan since she beat Fallon Fox, as a fan," she said.
"She doesn't have many weaknesses because she's been doing it for so long; she has a good striking style and she's an aggressive grappler.
"I've got a very worthy opponent and I need to train smarter and harder than before to get something I've never had and that's the finish."
A fourth victory in succession will push McCann closer to a ranking, but she believes she is missing one vital ingredient to climb that ladder.
"All I can do is fight who I'm asked to fight and when the ranked opponents come I won't be turning them down," she added.
"The UFC has a plan for me and I have to go out and perform, but I don't think I'll be in the top 15 until I start finishing people."
