Molly-Mae Hague's sister makes savage dig at Love Island in warning to new islanders

Molly-Mae Hague's sister Zoe seemingly made a cutting remark at Love Island ahead of the new series.

The blonde bombshell, 23, hinted the ITV show edited her sister in a bad light as Molly-Mae became a victim of severe trolling during her TV stint.

Molly-Mae was cruelly nicknamed "Money-Mae" as fans accused her of only romancing Tommy Fury to attempt to bag the £50K prize fund.

This was something she proved wrong when they narrowly lost but live happier than ever in their Manchester pad.

Ahead of the first ever winter series, the older sister issued a warning to family and friends of the new islanders heading into the villa on January 12.

Zoe stood by Molly-Mae as she shared a lengthy statement in defence of her sister against cruel trolls.

She wrote: "You know the person better than anyone, people will have their opinions, say vile things, the show will edit to make them come across a certain way."

Also, Zoe opened up about her experience of tackling her sibling's trolls.

In a scathing post, she slammed the "vile" trolling her sister got during Love Island as the "worst possible thing" on Sunday.

She urged family members to avoid searching their loved one on social media or joining a Love Island Facebook group because it will be filled with "vile things".

In a lengthy post, she shared: "Advice to family/friends/people running accounts of the new islanders this year.

"Nothing you do will make a difference to the things you will read.

"All I can say is every time you go to search your loved ones names on twitter, join a love island 'banter' group on Facebook or search for articles about them, please think twice as it is possibly the worst thing you can do."

On a heartbreaking note, Zoe admitted it was incredibly difficult having no contact with her sister during the eight-week-long show.

The social media guru's sister described her experience of seeing her sibling rise to fame overnight as "tough" but "worth it in the end".

She said: "It'll be extremely hard having no contact, however what seems like the end of the world then will be forgotten as soon as they step out of the villa.

"Stay strong and support them through every episode, it'll be tough but worth it in the end.

"1 week till the show starts... anyone running an account of an islander this year who is struggling please feel free to message me!"

Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury finished runners up to now-exes Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea.

But they were the real winners as Molly-Mae and Tommy have started building a life together at their new home in Manchester and their love continues to flourish.
