Molly-Mae Hague Instagram photos helping boost sales at Welsh clothing brand run by two sisters

Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague is helping boost sales at a fashion brand created by two North Wales sisters.

Alice, 25, and Maisie Jones, 22, started Sisters & Seekers in their shed in Hope, Flintshire, in 2017.

It was backed by £2,000 of savings from selling vintage clothes on eBay and Depop on the weekends.

The 'athleisure' brand has gone on to become a multi-million pound business employing 15 staff at Llay near Wrexham.

Now sales are being driven further by endorsement from Molly-Mae who made her name on reality show Love Island.

She recently posted about a blazer from the company's recently launched GRIT collection to her 5.5m followers on her Instagram account, getting nearly half a million likes.

She wrote: "Blazer and jeans combo for life."

It has helped sales spike for the collection.

Molly Jones, spokeswoman for the brand, said: "Molly-Mae has actually been a supporter of the brand for a couple of years now which is really exciting for us.

"We always see a spike in sales, engagement and followers whenever she posts."

It's not all glamour though helping drive sales - with their most recent shoot on a farm at Treuddyn in Flintshire.

Molly added: "We’ve just launched a new collection 'DOE' and it’s been really successful, it was a bit different as we anticipated a spike in people looking for 'going out' clothing. The campaign was also shot on a local farm, which was arranged through word of mouth.

"We are looking at releasing two collections per month now which is really exciting as it’s showing the demand."
