Molly-Mae Hague has admitted that she “feels quite sorry” for herself after reflecting on a viral photo from her past.
In the second part of her documentary Molly-Mae Behind It All, available on Amazon Prime, the Maebe founder, 25, recalled how trolls were right in comparing her appearance to Glenn Quagmire from Family Guy after starting to get filler aged 16.
The infamous photo, taken from one of her YouTube vlogs, showed her with noticeably inflated cheeks and lips, a look she later admitted was a result of spending over £8,000 on regular filler treatments.
After the image went viral, she spent even more money to have the fillers reversed.
In episode four of her documentary, Hague reflects on how the fillers made her look “worse” instead of better, explaining, “It's crazy because you think all that make-up and the filler - you think that doing all that makes you look better, but actually it makes you look 10 times worse.”
She revealed that she began getting filler at around 16 or 17, calling it “a slippery slope.”

The influencer also recalled how people compared her to a Quagmire and an Xbox controller, admitting: “There's this viral picture of me, people say, I look like an Xbox controller.”
“People say, look like a Quagmire...To be fair, I get that,” she continued. “The Xbox controller I can really see. That is really, really scary and really, really bad.”
In the candid episode, Hague confessed that she felt pressure to look like other influencers on Instagram, which she described as “really unhealthy and really not good.”
“I definitely felt like it was something that I needed to do, to look like everybody else that was on Instagram, which is really unhealthy and really not good.”
The former Love Island star said of the photos: “I look at those pictures and I actually feel quite sorry for myself.
“I think that I must have been obviously feeling like I needed to do that to my face.”
Later, her sister Zoe Rae, 28, recalled an uncomfortable moment when a mystery celebrity mocked Hague appearance at the height of her filler use while at an event.
She shared: “At her BeautyWorks event, my mum and I were in the toilets.
“Someone else famous was in there talking about her and talking about how bad her face looked and how much work she had done to her face.
“Then me and my mum walked out, and the person was a bit taken back that we'd listened to the whole conversation.”
Though initially shocked, Zoe admitted: “I completely agreed with them. She did look silly and had too much, far too much filler in her face.”
Hague reflected: “Thank God for my sister, because I could have genuinely completely destroyed my face. It was so bad.”
