'Molly-Mae Hague has ditched the fillers - it's your turn now Kim Kardashian'

RIP facial fillers, Botox, chin implants, boob jobs, nose jobs, bum lifts, Brazilian butt lifts, fat transfers, liposuction, face lifts, tummy tucks, eyelid surgery and all of your equally damaging siblings.

Your time has finally come, with celebrities like Molly-Mae Hague ditching you for a more natural look, and you won't be missed.

And it's about time that all the other fans of fakery - I'm looking at you Kim Kardashian - followed in their perfectly pedicured footsteps.

Molly-Mae has had the filler from her lips and face removed, along with undoing teeth bonds and ditching her long hair extensions to look more natural.

Gemma Collins had her Botox and filler dissolved and even Chloe Sims, a professed lover of going under the knife, has vowed she's done with surgery.

While I'm thrilled that all these stars are cutting back on the surgery, it's devastating that these beautiful women felt the need to alter themselves in the first place.

Molly-Mae is 21 years-old, there's absolutely no chance she had any wrinkles to iron out in the first place.

And even if she was 75 and aged like any other human woman, what's wrong with looking your age?

I hope when I'm 75 I have the wrinkles of a TOWIE star's crushed velvet sofa as proof of a life well lived.

But there's still legions of famous faces who have had their famous faces tweaked, smoothed out and jabbed with needles that need to come forward.

There are too many celebrities who have completely transformed their faces using plastic surgery and procedures, making them look nothing like the person they used to be.

But what's most worrying is that they refuse to say they've had surgery or deny having it at all.

This is unimaginably damaging to a generation of young girls and boys growing up thinking you can have a bum like Kim K, lips like Kylie Jenner and a line-free forehead until the age of 102 without paying for someone to inject something into your body.

There is absolutely no way that Kim's bum quadrupled in size naturally over the last decade while the rest of her stayed slim.

And I highly doubt Khloe Kardashian's "revenge body" came from hitting the gym, even if she was in the gym all day every day for the last five years.

Khloe came under fire recently when a leaked photo showing her real body surfaced online.

Clearly shaken up by the scandal, Khloe once again denied having surgery and posted a video of herself to show how she really looks, hoping that the generation who has spent their lives online would conveniently forget it's not just photos but also videos you can edit to make yourself look "perfect".

Kylie Jenner made millions and millions selling her lip kits to her young fans to make their lips look like a baboon's backside.

Let's not forget it was Kylie that encouraged thousands to decorate their arms with so many swatches of her matte lipstick that it looked like they were walking Dulux colour charts.

All the while, Kylie was pumping up her own lips with fillers, which she eventually admitted to on KUWTK (that sure boosted the dwindling ratings for a bit).

But Kylie grew up on camera, and her changing looks are perhaps the most noticeable of all.

Her staunch defenders have said it was puberty that gave her her curves, but the last time I checked, puberty usually gives us acne and uncontrollable hormones, not full body transplants.

What's wrong with being open about the work you've had done?

There are some celebrities that have been honest about their surgery.

Chloe Ferry, Cardi B and even Kardashian-clan members Kourtney Kardashian and Kris Jenner have admitted to getting some work done.

So why is it so hard for the others to confess? Is it shame? Pride?

How gullible do they really think we are?

There are endless reasons why someone might want to get work done, from being self-conscious about something to wanting to look like every other person who owns an Instagram account.

If you want to completely change your face and body beyond all recognition that's your choice, but if you've got millions of fans who truly believe they can look like you without paying for it, it's grossly irresponsible to lie about it.

Most of us don't have millions in our bank accounts and surgeons on speed-dial every time we think our boobs are too small or our bums aren't peachy enough.

Embrace the fakery, be honest with your fans and they'll have so much more respect for you than if you keep lying to them.

As my hero Dolly Parton once said: "It cost a lot of money to look this cheap."
