Molly-Mae Hague has followed in the footsteps of Kim Kardashian and ditched the expensive jewellery at the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards following her terrifying apartment raid.
The former Love Island star, 22, was left shaken after her and boyfriend Tommy Fury’s luxury £1.3 million penthouse flat in Cheshire was targeted by thieves, who stole more than £800,000 worth of belongings.
Designer clothes and jewellery was swiped in the raid on 21 October, which is being investigated by Greater Manchester Police.

On the red carpet on Saturday, Molly-Mae went jewellery free as she attended the prestigious event, wearing a chocolate coloured Pretty Little Thing mesh dress.
Her hair was slicked back into a chic updo, and the star rocked a muted look for the bash, letting her cut-out floor-length gown do the talking as she headed into the awards ceremony.

The exclusive layered maxi gown is now available for Molly-Mae’s fans to purchase, and is retailing on the Pretty Little Thing website for £50.
The robbery is eerily similar to Kim Kardashian’s terrifying ordeal in Paris back in 2016, when a gang of thieves broke into the luxury hotel she was staying in.
They tied her up at gunpoint, and stole more than $10 million worth of jewellery, including a $4 million dollar ‘second engagement’ ring from husband Kanye West, as well as other priceless jewels, including pieces by Lorraine Schwartz.

After the scary incident, Kim drastically overhauled her look, and wore subdued and muted ensembles, refusing to wear any jewels for fear of being targeted again.
She also stopped sharing images of her possessions and her home on social media, and she and Kanye rehired a new security team to prevent another incident from happening again.
Molly-Mae recently spoke out about the ordeal on social media, and presented a united front with boyfriend Tommy, sharing a black-and-white snap of them tightly holding hands in their car.

“An overwhelming week. I can’t thank you all enough for all your kind messages regarding what happened to our home last week,” she began.
“We are eternally grateful to have such incredible and kind followers. We are safe and that’s all that matters,” Molly-Mae added, as she said she’s looking “onwards and upwards now”.
The couple have reportedly vowed to never return to their flat in Cheshire, and less than a week after the break-in, the £4,250 a month penthouse is back up for rent.
