The Pretty Little Thing ambassador, 20, divulged she has been more stressed in the last few months since she shot to fame on TV's hottest show Love Island over the summer.
Despite her picture-perfect Instagrams, the reality star confessed she had been suffering from skin complaints in the wake of finding fame.
The blonde bombshell put her now sensitive skin down to stress which had accelerated in the last few months as a result of her new reality star status.

She said in her new vlog: "Since being home the last few months, stress has caused me to develop eczema and stuff."

She told OK! magazine : "I was reading through comments on a bikini photo of me and they were so mean. Someone said they have a better body than me and they have six kids.

"I got so upset. I was a stone and a half lighter a year ago but that's because I was at the gym twice a day and was obsessed with my diet - all I was eating was couscous and rice."
Molly-Mae claimed her size 4 figure on Love Island was "probably unhealthy".
She found love with Tommy Fury when they starred on the show over the summer.
