Molly-Mae Hague denies getting composite bonds back and says new smile is down to confidence

Molly-Mae Hague has shut down claims she's had her composite bonding redone after recently documenting the process of getting it removed.

The 22-year-old social media influencer had the treatment done to her teeth after she left the Love Island villa in 2019 - but in a bid to become more "natural" in 2021, Molly-Mae got her composite bonds taken out in March.

Despite filming the process for a YouTube vlog, fans believe the reality star has had her teeth redone after she was seen showing off her gleaming white smile on Instagram in snaps from her mum's wedding, where she was a bridesmaid.

During a Q&A on Tuesday, one fan asked: "Do you regret getting your composite bonding removed?"

Molly-Mae replied: "No not anymore! I feel much [more] confident with my teeth!

"A lot of you thought I had my bonding redone on my mum's wedding day pics but the truth is... it was actually the first time I properly smiled in pics since having the bonding removed and smiling genuinely/confidently.

"It actually made my teeth look nicer weirdly just smiling with confidence [laughing emoji]. Not sure how that works!"

After having her teeth reverted back, Molly-Mae told fans she wasn't sure how she felt, showing off her "extremely yellow" smile.

At the time in her video, she said: "As you can see they are a bit yellow which is kind of disgusting but they haven't been touched for about two years.

"The main thing for me was to make sure my teeth were in good condition and my gums were in good condition because I got my composite bonds when I was 19.

"I don't think that was a particularly smart move to be doing that so young when I didn't need to."

Elsewhere in the Q&A, the former Love Island star denied she and boxer Tommy Fury were on the rocks.

When a follower had speculated that the couple had called it quits, the influencer was quick to set the record straight.

"Are you and Tommy okay? Been quiet on here lately," one fan asked.

"Of course we are OK! Just because we don't post a selfie together on stories for a few weeks doesn't mean things are bad,” Molly-Mae replied, as she revealed Tommy has been busy at a training camp.

"We are both soooo busy. He's in training camp currently also which is super serious stuff. No date nights and messing around.

"We have really early nights and a very set routine that I also try and follow in order to support him.

"I love him so much. So proud of him," she added.
