Molly-Mae Hague buys sister a ridiculously expensive Christmas gift after lucrative year

Love Island's Molly-Mae Hague has gifted her delighted sister Zoe a brand new white Mercedes for Christmas.

The reality star, who is still dating Tommy Fury, captured the sweet moment on Instagram as her sister found out about her extravagant gift.

Molly-Mae was cruelly nicknamed "Money Mae" during her time in the Love Island villa as viewers suggested she was only interested in the money from the show.

But Molly-Mae is clearly very generous with her cash and she was excited to show her fans what she had got her sis.

She revealed she promised to get her sister a car one day - and now she was finally able to after her many lucrative celeb endorsements paid off.

She added that her sister Zoe never asks for anything, and so deserved the gift all the more.

Meanwhile Zoe posted a gushing thank you message on her Instagram.

"I have the world's best sister", it said.

"I can't even begin to thank you."

Molly does not seem to be spending Christmas with her boyfriend Tommy, who has stayed low key so far today.

Perhaps the couple will be meeting up later in the day - though they aren't the only Love Island couple spending Christmas apart.

Curtis spent Christmas morning with his brother AJ (Instagram)

Just weeks from admitting he rarely gets to see his girlfriend Maura Higgins, Curtis Pritchard is spending Christmas with his family, miles away from Maura - who is in Ireland.

He posted videos on his Instagram as he walked around his house chatting to fans, his Strictly pro brother AJ behind him.

He wished his followers a Merry Christmas and revealed his brother had bought him a present which he was unwrapping.

He filmed AJ as he tucked into his breakfast - unaware he was on camera.

Meanwhile, Maura was celebrating Christmas in her native Ireland.

She spent time with her family and posted a hilarious video of herself dancing in her living room.

The Irish beauty also took a video where she recreated a cute, awkward childhood photo - showing the photo then flipping the camera back around to a selfie as she impersonated her face in the photo.
