Long Beach, California-based Molina Healthcare, Inc. (MOH) provides managed healthcare services to low-income families and individuals under the Medicaid and Medicare programs and through the state insurance marketplaces. With a market cap of $16.6 billion, the company operates in four segments: Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, and Other.
The healthcare company is poised to report its fiscal 2025 Q2 earnings on Wednesday, July 23, after the market closes. Ahead of this event, analysts expect the company to report a profit of $6.12 per share, up 4.4% from $5.86 per share in the year-ago quarter. Moreover, its adjusted EPS came in at $6.08, up 6.1% year-over-year, and surpassed the consensus estimates by 3.8%.
Wall Street analysts are moderately optimistic about MOH’s stock, with a "Moderate Buy" rating overall. Among 16 analysts covering the stock, six recommend "Strong Buy," one suggests “Moderate Buy,” eight advise “Hold,” and one suggests “Moderate Sell.” MOH’s average analyst price target of $358.64 indicates a potential upside of 50.1% from the current levels.
