Moleskine takes a 'Wonder Journey'

Jirayu Koo and Seatapron Korwanichakul.

Moleskine's second collaboration with a Thai artist embarks on a "Wonder Journey", the title of an exhibition installed at its pop-up store in Gayson Village, as part of Bangkok Art Biennale 2018.

Created by Seatapron Korwanichakul aka Painterbell, cartoon characters John Lulu and Friends liven up the retail space, which highlights the new Metro Bags collection.

The Italian brand has been making bags and travel accessories since 2011 while its iconic notebooks were launched in 1997.

The playful John Lulu and Friends also appear on the limited-edition Wonder Journey Notebook. Using a Moleskine smartpen, Painterbell drew portraits of guests attending the opening event hosted by Passarin Limpanawongsaen, marketing director of Commercial Marketing, the distributor of Moleskine in Thailand.
