MoJ: Saudi Courts Held Up to 52,000 Hearings, Issued 18,000 Rulings In a Week

The Saudi judiciary held around 52,000 hearings and issued up to 18,000 rulings and 11,000 enforcement decisions last week, according to the Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ).

Justice facilities also provided more than 178,000 services to clients, including notarization, enforcement and other judicial services.

Judicial operations, except for enforcement, reached 91,927, while enforcement courts extended 21,964 services to the ministry’s clients.

Also, notarial operations totaled 64,510 during the same period.

Procedures have recently been revamped and digitized, making things easier for the ministry’s clients and staff alike within an institutional framework.

This includes electronic verification and payment for enforcement as well as notarization services.
