Moise Kean sends 'sorry' transfer message to Juventus after Everton claim

Moise Kean has admitted he was 'a bit sorry' to leave Juventus for Everton in 2019 but has not ruled out returning to Turin this summer.

Kean is on-loan at French title-holders Paris Saint Germain and boasts 16 goals in all competitions for the Champions League semi-finalists.

It is expected PSG will attempt to sign him permanently but the 21-year-old has also been linked with Juventus, who sold him to Everton for £27m two years ago.

When asked about his exit from the Serie A giants, Kean reportedly told Gazzetta Dello Sport : “To be honest, I was a bit sorry. Juventus gave me everything.

"I grew up there; without the club, I wouldn’t be where I am now.

“But then I realised that the life of a footballer is like that and I got used to it.

"I had to take my own path, become a man; it was right. Juventus will always remain in my heart."

Kean also refused to rule out returning to the club where he made his breakthrough before joining Everton.

He replied when asked if he could join Juventus this summer: “I don’t know.

"Now I’m enjoying the [Champions League] semi-finals, then we’ll see.

"If we knew what happens tomorrow, we’d all be rich.”
