Moise Kean was on the scoresheet for Paris Saint-Germain yet again on Wednesday night as the Ligue 1 giants claimed a 2-0 victory over Lorient.
Having seen Kylian Mbappe open the scoring from the penalty spot, the Everton loanee doubled his side's lead on the hour-mark to take his total to nine goals from 14 appearances since making the temporary move to France.
The win leaves PSG second in the Ligue 1 table and just a point behind league-leaders Lille with the two sides set to spar at Stade Pierre Mauroy on Sunday.
And Kean was delighted to help his side bounce back from their weekend defeat to Lyon ahead of the top-of-the-table clash.
"My goal? Rafinha controlled the ball, my idea was to get in behind the defenders cut back and score," he said after the game. "This win will help us to move forward, to give us courage in what we are doing.
"We are working to the end of the year and on Sunday, we have a very important match against Lille. We will need to be ready to play on Sunday."
After seeing Mbappe open the scoring against Lorient, Kean was involved in an amusing goal celebration with his strike-partner as the duo placed their heads together to emphasise their matching hairstyles after the France international unveiled his latest look.
Mbappe had dyed his hair bright blue ahead of the game, following in the footsteps of the Everton loanee who unveiled a new look of his own by first donning blue dreadlocks last month.
And Kean joked about the celebration after the final whistle.
"I don't know if you saw the celebration, it wasn't bad (laughs)!" he said.
"It's nice to see another teammate with a colour."
