Mohamed Sanu names all wide receivers for hypothetical NFL starting 5 to play Lakers

Falcons wide receiver Mohamed Sanu makes no secret that he’s a fan of Lebron James and whatever NBA team he’s playing for. At the moment, it’s for the Lakers, who are at .500 after James missed an extended streak of games with a groin injury. LA will have a tough time making the playoffs in a crowded Western Conference, but the media has never cared how good the Lakers actually are – they’re still usually the main topic of conversation.

In response to a question posed by the Checkdown on Twitter, Sanu picked a starting five lineup consisting of only NFL wide receivers to play the Lakers. He picked Eric Weems, Marvin Jones, A.J. Green, Davante Adams and Keenan Allen to start and volunteered to come off the bench with teammate Justin Hardy.

Interesting lineup. Using only current NFL players, who would you pick for your starting five to beat the Lakers?
