Mohamed Salah has escaped serious injury after limping out of Liverpool's dramatic win over Leicester City on Saturday.
Salah was forced off during the closing moments after being caught on the left ankle by an ugly challenge from Leicester substitute Hamza Choudhury.
The Egyptian has subsequently undergone scans on the damage with the Reds having waited for the injury to settle.

And it has emerged the forward did not sustain any major issue as a result of the tackle, which only earned Choudhury a yellow card.
Salah suffered a twisted ankle in the challenge, and while there is no timescale set on his return, Liverpool are hopeful there is no long-term damage.
With the international break having now started, the Reds are not in action again until the trip to struggling bitter North West rivals Manchester United on Sunday week.
Salah has not yet been ruled in or out of that fixture, with it being too early in healing process for the medical staff to make a decision.
The player will continue his rehabilitation having already been excluded from national team duty for Egypt this month.
The news Salah isn't facing a long spell on the sidelines will be a relief to Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, who was unhappy with the challenge from Choudhury.
“This has to be a red card,” said Klopp. “It is just too dangerous.
“There are more dangerous challenges, it is possible, but do you see more dangerous challenges than that? It is really rare.”
