Mohamed Salah wasn't afraid to speak his mind after Liverpool's win against West Ham as he lamented VAR.
The Egyptian scored two of Liverpool's three as they won for the second time this week.
It bought to an end a six-match league run without a goal for Salah, although he thought he'd found the net against Tottenham on Thursday before it was disallowed by VAR.
His brace at the London Stadium didn't require any VAR confirmation, but that didn't stop him from making his feelings known.
The Liverpool star claimed the system, which has caused controversy ever since it was introduced, "kills football".
He also questioned the different ways in which it is implemented in the various competitions.
He told Sky Sports: "I think before, I don't like VAR! From the beginning of the season, in my opinion it's killed the game.
"You have to be exactly the right side of the line. In other countries it's OK. I don't want to get a fine but it's my opinion. I don't like VAR."
The Reds have been on the receiving end of some tight VAR decisions with a late penalty call going against them at Brighton.
Jurgen Klopp's side were also denied a late winner in October's Merseyside derby when VAR ruled out a stoppage time goal for offside.
The system, which has now been in place for two years, continues to divide opinion with several players admitting they would rather it was binned.
Liverpool though were not to be stopped by VAR as they saw off the Hammers at the London Stadium.
Salah was without usual strike partners Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino with the former absent through injury.
He rose to the occasion however and confessed he felt extra pressure to deliver.
"It’s a good win for us - they are a tough team," he added.
"We need to win every game now. I knew there was a big responsibility on me (with Mane and Firmino not in the team) and I just try - every game, not just now - to help the team."
