It took just a few hours for the inevitable Mohamed Salah and Sergio Ramos storyline to emerge after Liverpool drew Real Madrid in the Champions League.
The two sides will meet for the first time since Ramos forced Salah off injured early on in the Champions League final in Kiev in 2018.
Los Blancos ran out 3-1 winners on that occasion whilst Salah was left heartbroken on the biggest night of his career.
The incident generated huge fall-out and, inevitably, will be a major topic of conversation in the build-up to their upcoming clash.
Former Real Madrid left-back Roberto Carlos has kicked things off by discussing the incident immediately after the draw.

And he joked Salah “isn’t going to get close” to his Spanish rival after what happened last time out.
“Salah isn’t even going to get close to Sergio,” said Roberto Carlos (via Marca ).
“It will be an action that will be talked about a lot.”
Roberto Carlos believes a good result in the first-leg in Madrid will be crucial for the Spanish side if they are to progress.

“We’re going to play against a good team,” he said. “The first game is at home, Real Madrid’s moment is great and they must decide the tie at home.
“The important thing is that Zidane has all his players ready, that they come back as quickly as possible. It’s easy for him to be a coach here because he has the best at his disposal.
“If a game doesn’t go well, he has eight players of the highest level waiting to play.”
