Mohamed Salah has Liverpool fans asking where he's gone with cryptic post

Liverpool play host to Huddersfield on Friday evening in what is another cup final for the Reds as they go in search of a first Premier League title.

Supporters of the Anfield club are keen for the squad's star men to remain fit and fresh in the run-in to ensure they win each of their final three games this season.

But Mohamed Salah has sparked a bit of confusion with a Twitter post, which appeared on his social media account on Tuesday night.

The picture uploaded by the Egyptian shows him sat at a restaurant in front of a pizza. The caption accompanying it reads: "When in NYC... eat like you're in Rome."

It's not clear whether Salah has flown out to America mid-week, or whether Jurgen Klopp has given his players time to rest following their win over Cardiff City.

The forward could be toying with his many social media followers. He might still be in England. He may even be in Rome.
