Liverpool are busy preparing to face Arsenal in the Premier League this evening, and Jurgen Klopp will have some selection headaches.
The Reds take on the Gunners at the Emirates Stadium looking to close the gap on leaders Manchester City. Liverpool are four points behind Pep Guardiola’s side with a game in hand and victory over Arsenal would see that gap reduced to a single point.
Jurgen Klopp’s side go into the game on the back of a comfortable win over Brighton at the weekend, in a game that saw Mohamed Salah withdrawn early through injury. There was concern that the Egyptian would miss tonight’s match against Arsenal, but Klopp eased those worries with his comments in the press conference.

Klopp said that he expected Salah to train on Tuesday, meaning if all goes to plan then the 29-year-old could be available to take part against the Gunners. We’ll find out if Salah has passed a fitness test when the teams are announced.
Here at the ECHO, we gave Liverpool fans the opportunity to name the line-up that they want to see Klopp use at the Emirates. That line-up sees one change from the side that beat Brighton on Saturday.
Alisson Becker is included in goal, as ever, and is supported by full-backs Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson. There will be no Kostas Tsimikas, who is ruled out through illness.
Virgil van Dijk and Joel Matip have been preferred as the two centre-backs by fans. The latter provided an assist for Diaz’s goal at the weekend and recently won the Premier League’s player of the month award for February.
Into midfield and this is where the first change occurs in the fans’ line-up - Fabinho and Jordan Henderson retain their places from the weekend. However, Naby Keita drops out and is replaced by Thiago Alcantara.
There will also be no James Milner, who is also not available due to illness.
Up front, and fans want to see the same trio that started the win over Brighton - Salah, Diaz and Sadio Mane. This means that fans expect to see Salah back available following his knock at the weekend.
Roberto Firmino, Diogo Jota, Takumi Minamino, Divock Origi and Harvey Elliott will all have aspirations of featuring in the line-up this evening. If not, they may have a chance to play against Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup quarter-final at the weekend.
